3-10. RIM CLENCHING CLAMP REPLACEMENT (cont)
5. Have rim clenching clamp adjustment
inspected. Ensure visual inspection is
performed 360° around rim clenching clamp.
If adjustment inspection fails, repeat step 4.
6. Press latch handle (5) firmly to engage and
lock safety catch tab (18).
7. Install safety wire (3) to secure safety catch tab
(18) and latch handle (5). Use standard safety
wire practices.
8. Have rim clenching clamp installation
inspected. Ensure visual inspection is
performed 360° around rim clenching clamp.
If installation inspection fails, repeat step 4.
9. Perform followup.
