3-14. PEU ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT (cont)
d. Using handle (12), pull PEU assembly (1)
out of equipment shelf (14) and place on
clean surface for temporary storage.
CAUTION
Opening left by the removed PEU assembly
must be covered if any FAB equipment will be
operated. If opening is not covered, the
equipment will be damaged by too much heat.
PREPARATION
2. Check condition of air seal around inner
surface of equipment shelf (14).
3. Check that air flow adapters (15) at front and
rear of PEU assembly (1) are free of foreign
matter.
