PNVS SHROUD ASSEMBLY

Move PNVS turret assembly (para 3-3) as required and check
external surfaces of shroud housing for dents, cracks, or punctures.
If damage is seen, replace PNVS shroud assembly (para 3-15 and
3-16).

Remove PNVS window cover assembly (para 3-9). Have outer
surface of window inspected for contamination. If directed, clean
window (para 3-8). Check window for breakage and for major chips
or cracks. Install window cover (para 3-9). If damage is seen which
would appear to affect physical or structural integrity, replace PNVS
shroud assembly (para 3-15 and 3-16).

Move PNVS turret assembly (para 3-3) as required and check
external painted surfaces for scratched, chipped, or peeled paint.
Touch up paint as required (para 2-9). Check PNVS shroud
assembly decals/stencils for peeling edges, extensive wear, pitting,
legibility, etc. If damage is seen, replace damaged decals or stencils
with new stenciling (para 2-8).
