5. Referring to Figure 4-60, insert a capped teenut (1) through the strap grommet.
Install a washer (2) over the end of the teenut against the strap. Insert the end
of the teenut through the the cowling from the front. Attach an 8-32 x 3/16
pan-head screw (3) to the teenut that you inserted through the cowling. Install
the other three teenuts, washers, and screws in the same manner. Ensure all
four screws are tight.

6. Insert the oxygen mask hose through the cowling as shown in Figure 4-61.
Position the cowling over the mask so that the four holes of the cowling align
with the corresponding mask holes.
7. Insert a blackened post (4) through the cowling from the outside. Install a self-
sealing screw (5) from the inside of the mask and attach it to the blackened
post. Install the remaining three posts and three screws in the same manner.
Then tighten all four screws.
NOTE
After tightening the screws (5), check that the straps are free to
swivel.
