1-11. EQUIPMENT CONFIGURATION.
The AH-1 gunsight, ANVIS, oxygen mask, M43 CB mask, and HDU with EOHSS are
compatible as shown in the matrix below.

Offset ANVIS goggles and the AH-1 gunsight may be installed on the same helmet,
but only one may be used at a time.
2 The HDU with EOHSS is designed for use with the Apache aircraft IHADSS System.
The EOHSS includes two single visor assemblies (one with a clear visor and one with
a neutral gray visor).
3 The ANVIS dual visor assembly can be mounted in place of the single visor
assembly.
4 The HDU with EOHSS can be used with Type I M43 CB mask. The operator may
notice some reduction in the field of view.
