3-4. General. The operator should clean the helmet as needed, following the cleaning methods listed in Table 3-3.

solution. Allow to dry thoroughly.
Cloth cover, thermoplastic liner

Machine wash (gentle cycle) or hand wash
with soap and warm water and allow to dry.
