Magnetic compass inaccurate, sluggish or erratic.
a. Insufficient liquid

External magnetic interference
c. Defective compass

Windshield heat on

Turn-and-slip indicator inoperative or erratic.
a. Tripped turn-and-slip circuit breaker.
b. Defective turn-and-slip instrument.
