IDLE as N1 passes through 93 5%0
Acceleration time should be 2 5 to 4 0
seconds
*6. Engine high idle speed Check 70

to 73%Yo N1
*7. Brake device system Check as follows
a.
Lower Set 70% N1
b.
Left bleed air valve switch IPNEU &
ENVIRO OFF.
c.
Right bleed air valve switch OPEN
d.
Brake device switch Turn on and
observe that the BRAKE DEICE ON
light is illuminated
e.
Pneumatic pressure gage -Check for a
momentary pressure decrease
f.
Repeat procedure for opposite bleed air
valve
*8. N1 speed switch (air conditioning) -Check as
follows:
a.
Right engine condition lever-LOW IDLE
b.
Cabin temperature mode selector
switch MANUAL COOL
c.
Manual temp switch Hold to
DECREASE until AIR CONYD N1 LOW
annunciator light Illustrator.
