Windows and doors - Check for wind
noise indicating air leaks.

Level off aircraft at 5000 feet.

Attitude indicators - Check for proper

attitude indication during level flight and for
immediate response to changes in aircraft
attitude. Check appropriate system as
follows:
a.
Gyro systems - Check as follows:
(1)
INS/GYRO switch - GYRO.
NOTE
The INS/GYRO switch affects only the pilot's attitude
indicator (P/O KCI 310).
(2)
Level
aircraft
by
visual
reference.
(3)
Attitude indicators - Check
both
to
assure
proper
indication.
(4)
Slowly make a 360° turn using
a 4° or less angle of bank.
