Cabin altitude - Set 500 feet lower than airfield
elevation.

Cabin pressure/dump switch - TEST (hold).
6.
Cabin rate-of-climb gage - Check for descending

and,
when
confirmed,
release
cabin
pressure/dump switch from TEST.
7.
Aircraft altitude - Set to planned cruise altitude plus 500
feet. (If this setting does not result In a CABIN ALT
Indication of at least 500 feet over takeoff field pressure
altitude, adjust as required).
8.
Rate control - Set between 9 and 12 o'clock.
