Fly an ILS approach monitoring localizer and glideslope
indicators.
h.
Fly the approach monitoring localizer and glideslope
indicators, and marker beacon indicator lights and audio
tone for proper function.
i.
In horizontal flight over the ground station cone of silence
marker, at 10,000 feet above ground level, a position
marker beacon indication should be received for a distance
of not less than one mile.
j.
In horizontal flight over the ground station at any altitude,
the duration in miles of marker indication, when
approaching a point directly over the ground station, shall
not be more than 50 percent greater than the duration in
miles of marker beacon indication when leaving the point
directly over the ground station, and visa-versa.
