WARNING
ELECTRICAL SHOCK
Before performing any maintenance actions on electrical equipment,
ensure all electrical power has been turned off. Death or serious
injury may occur from failure to do this.
REMOVAL
1.
Remove gas alarm control unit. See figure 4-20.

Unplug power input cable to Airmobile Laboratory,
Verify no electrical power to the gas alarm unit.
Loosen captive screw and door latch and swing open cover door of gas alarm unit.
Remove captive screw and swing control panel out.
Remove circuit board.
On TB1, loosen terminals H, 19, N, A1, C1 and R1 on TB2. Loosen terminals 2 and 3.
Tag and disconnect terminals. Disconnect ground wire (green).
Loosen ground screws and conduit locking nuts and remove ground wires.
Remove both conduit locking nuts.
Remove four gas alarm unit mounting screws.
Remove gas alarm unit.
