Enter airport identifier in Scratchpad.
Press Left Line Key 1.
Verify the Lat and Long.
Verify UTC date, change as required.
Verify UTC time, change as required.
Verify current system datum.
Scroll to Start page 2.
2. If the initial position or time is
incorrect, enter the correct values and
initialize the GPS on the Start 2 page.
Typically the GPS will not have to be
initialized. The FMS-800 automatically
commands the GPS into navigate mode
upon power-up and the GPS receiver will
then attempt to acquire satellite signals. If
the GPS receiver fails to acquire satellites,
reload the GPS almanac.

effectivity date of the ICAO data base
